SUMMARY:WRO Regional Rounds 2025: A Milestone for AADHAAR’s Young Innovators
DESCRIPTION:In a groundbreaking moment for inclusive STE(A)M education\, students mentored by AADHAAR Association\, in collaboration with SRF Foundation and with steadfast support from Capgemini\, proudly represented their schools and communities at the World Robot Olympiad (WRO) 2025 Regional Rounds. \nThese were not students from elite institutions or private academies. For the first time ever\, teams comprising students from government schools stepped onto a national platform traditionally dominated by privileged institutions — and they didn’t just participate; they made their presence felt. \nUnder the guidance of AADHAAR Association and SRF Foundation\, and after months of hands-on training at the STE(A)M Lab\, Capgemini Center of Excellence in Skilling\, NSEZ these young minds developed a real-world solution that impressed judges and audiences alike: \nAI-Powered Robotic Waste Management and Sorting System — a practical\, scalable innovation aimed at addressing one of the world’s most urgent environmental challenges. \nAchievements Beyond the Scoreboard \nWhile only seven teams advanced to the Nationals\, both of our teams secured a position in the Top 10 out of 27 participating teams — a remarkable feat for first-time competitors. \nBut more than rankings\, this journey was about transformation. \nThe True Impact: Confidence\, Voice\, and Vision \nFor many students\, this was their first time presenting on a public stage\, speaking to expert judges\, and defending their work in front of a crowd. What started as a hesitant effort evolved into something extraordinary: \n\nThey found their voice\nThey built confidence\nThey began writing their own stories\n\nWhat we witnessed was the power of opportunity: when young people are trusted\, trained\, and given a platform\, they don’t just participate — they evolve into innovators. \nPartners in Possibility \nThis achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the shared commitment of our partners: \n\nCapgemini — for their unwavering support and belief in grassroots innovation\nSRF Foundation — for their co-leadership in building sustainable education ecosystems\nCapgemini NSEZ STE(A)M Lab — for providing a space where curiosity meets capability\n\nLooking Ahead \nThis is not a conclusion. It is the beginning of a larger movement. \nAt AADHAAR Association\, we believe in the transformative power of education and exposure. These students have now taken their first step into the world of innovation and leadership — and we will continue to walk with them as they reach for new heights.

Through interactive discussions\, quizzes\, and engaging activities\, students explored key concepts and reflected on thought-provoking questions like “Will AI replace humans?” \nLed by Capgemini volunteers\, the session created an inclusive and encouraging learning environment where students actively participated\, asked questions\, and built confidence. The presence and support of school leadership further motivated students to think ambitiously about their future in technology. \nWe would like to acknowledge the valuable contributions of the volunteers who made this session impactful: \n\nMs. Kusum Tahiliani\, Senior Engagement Manager\nMs. Shivani Sharma\, Team Manager\n\nThrough this volunteer-driven initiative\, we aimed to empower young minds with awareness\, curiosity\, and the confidence to explore opportunities in the digital world. \nWe extend our sincere gratitude to Capgemini volunteers\, school representatives\, and all stakeholders for making this session impactful and inspiring. SUMMARY:Capgemini Volunteers Planting Seeds of Change
DESCRIPTION:On May 05\, 2026\, we at AADHAAR Association were delighted to collaborate with Capgemini volunteers to spark environmental awareness among young students at JHS Kanawani\, Indirapuram\, Ghaziabad. \nBlending action with learning\, the day unfolded through a vibrant plantation drive alongside engaging awareness sessions. Students didn’t just plant saplings—they planted ideas of sustainability\, responsibility\, and a greener tomorrow. \nThrough hands-on participation and meaningful conversations\, the initiative encouraged young minds to see themselves as changemakers\, capable of nurturing the environment and shaping a better future. \nWith the passionate involvement of volunteers — Ashish\, Tanya\, Hardik\, and Satyanand — the activity became more than an event; it became a shared step toward environmental stewardship. \nWe extend our heartfelt thanks to all volunteers and partners for their unwavering support in driving grassroots impact. Together\, we continue to grow communities that care\, act\, and thrive sustainably. 🌿 \n#MakeItReal #Sustainability #TreePlantation #EnvironmentalAwareness #CSR
