DESCRIPTION:On October 4th\, the Junior High School in Duriyai\, Noida was a canvas of excitement as we celebrated “Impact Together” month\, thanks to our amazing partners at Capgemini! In partnership with Aadhaar Association\, this inspiring event aimed to engage students and enrich their learning environment. \nOur day began with a warm welcome from the bright-eyed students\, excited to meet Mr. Puneet Karnani from Capgemini. They greeted him with colorful handmade cards and imaginative creations crafted from recycled materials\, showcasing their creativity and enthusiasm. The school principal\, Mrs. Rajesh Sharma\, along with the STEAM in-charge\, Mrs. Smita\, also greeted Mr. Puneet with enthusiasm\, highlighting the immense support Aadhaar Association provides\, made possible by Capgemini’s contributions. Puneet introduced himself and shared valuable insights about Capgemini\, then inquired about the inspiring stories behind Aadhaar Association’s transformative work. This sparked a lively discussion\, igniting enthusiasm and curiosity among the students. Their eyes lit up as they exchanged stories about their learning journeys—proof that when passion meets purpose\, incredible things unfold! \nThen came the highlight of the day: a vibrant collaborative painting extravaganza! With brushes in hand and laughter echoing in the air\, students\, Puneet\, and dedicated school staff transformed plain walls into a stunning mural bursting with color and creativity. The theme focused on cyber safety and security\, but as the artists got to work\, they embraced the essence of STEAM\, seamlessly blending the principles of STEM with the arts. \nIn this creative space\, they crafted posters that embodied the pillars of inquiry—Ask\, Imagine\, Plan\, Create\, and Improve. Each stroke of paint told a story\, reflecting the dreams and aspirations of these talented young minds\, turning the school walls into a true testament to their imagination and teamwork. \nAs the murals came to life\, the students gathered to showcase their hidden talents. From enchanting dance performances to lively discussions about their extracurricular activities\, it was a celebration of creativity in all its forms! Puneet was thoroughly impressed by the warm spirit of the students and the incredible energy of the school staff. \nLater\, the school management\, alongside the Aadhaar team\, expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Capgemini and Mr. Puneet for their invaluable time and unwavering support. DESCRIPTION:Personality Development Workshops were organized from September 11-14\, 2024\, with approximately 250 enthusiastic students from seven government schools of Noida & Delhi. During the course students were exposed to a transformative journey of self-discovery. \nWorkshop Highlights: \n\nConfidence Unlocked: Students learned effective techniques to boost self-esteem and embrace individuality.\nSocial Savvy: Engaging discussions on social etiquette provided tools for better interactions.\nBody Language Mastery: Participants explored non-verbal communication to enhance self-expression.\nSmart Time Management: Practical strategies for efficient communication and time management were shared.\n\nThe Experience: \nThe atmosphere was electric\, with excited chatter\, story sharing and insightful questions. The participants promised to use their newly acquired skills in their lives. \nParticipant Feedback: \nStudents appreciated the interactive format\, while teachers observed a marked increase in engagement and enthusiasm. \nAs is said “do the best you can until you know better. DESCRIPTION:At Aadhaar Association\, we are passionate about the power of experiential learning. In the month of August (28-30)\, 2024\, an inspiring visit to the National Science Centre\, Delhi was organized for approx. 80 students from Garhi Shahdra School (Classes 6-9)\, Gautam Buddh Nagar\, Noida and Junior High School\, Kanawani Judges Enclave. This visit was a key activity under our STE(A)M project\, proudly powered by Capgemini. \nAs one of Asia’s largest and most dynamic science centers\, the National Science Centre provided an ideal setting for connecting classroom STEAM concepts with real-world applications. The center’s immersive\, hands-on exhibits and interactive demonstrations offered our students the chance to: \n\nEngage with science and technology in a fun\, practical setting.\nConnect theoretical concepts with tangible real-world examples.\nSpark curiosity and deepen understanding across STEAM subjects.\nDevelop critical thinking and creativity—skills essential for their future.\n\nA heartfelt thank you to the National Science Centre for their exceptional support and to Capgemini for powering this impactful initiative.
