SUMMARY:Young Innovators Showcase 2026 – City Finale
DESCRIPTION:The Young Innovators Showcase 2026 – City Finale was held on 2 September at the Capgemini office in Noida\, bringing together young innovators from 21 schools across Noida to present their ideas and practical solutions to real-world challenges. \nAs part of our collaboration with ENpower\, the event encouraged students to turn their ideas into practical solutions and showcase their creativity and problem-solving abilities. \nWe are delighted to congratulate Apurva and Kaveri from JHS Nangla Charandas for securing 3rd position with their innovative idea\, “Automatic Pesticide Spraying Robot.” Their project was also selected for the Mega Finale Showcase in Mumbai. \nThe jury also recognised the innovative ideas presented by:\n• Nikhil & Aryan – UPS Chhaprauli: Anti-Suicide Fan\n• Divyanshu & Satyam – UPS Garhi Shahdra: Automatic Water Drainage System\n• Syama & Wajid – Composite School\, Salarpur: Intelligent Traffic Control & Barrier System \nWe congratulate all the participating students for their enthusiasm\, thoughtful ideas and confidence in presenting their solutions. Such platforms encourage young learners to explore ideas\, experiment with solutions and develop the confidence to make a difference. \nWe wish Apurva and Kaveri the very best for the Mega Finale Showcase in Mumbai!

DESCRIPTION:On 8 September 2026\, an Idea Showcase Event was organised at UPS Garhi Shahdra\, bringing together 45 students from 9 schools across Noida to express their ideas and creativity through colourful posters. \nThe showcase encouraged students to think independently\, share their ideas with confidence and engage with different perspectives. Our team engaged in real-world case studies\, dynamic group activities\, and collaborative discussions\, gaining valuable insights from each other’s unique perspectives. \nA special thanks to our CEO\, who led an interactive session on Problem-Solving and Decision-Making.Teams collaborated closely to analyse complex case studies and pitch innovative solutions together. \nIt was inspiring to witness the incredible participation\, shared wisdom\, and mutual learning across the entire team.
