Dr. Rajesh Kumar Sinha is currently working as Assistant Professor with the National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Hyderabad. He has earlier worked with United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Ministry of Panchayati Raj, Society for Participatory Research in Asia (PRIA), India Development and Relief Fund (IDRF) and Sewa International. Dr. Sinha has expertise in project planning, monitoring and implementation on Rural Employment, Panchayati Raj and Social Accountability. He has contributed several books and journals on rural development and Panchayati Raj.

He holds PhD in international relations from JNU, New Delhi
