STEM Tinkering, Coding, Robotics Learning

AADHAAR’s STEM – Tinkering, Coding and Robotics learning initiative is a flagship education program that facilitates equitable access to quality education to students from government schools across 19 Government schools of Delhi/NCR region. The program bridges the educational and digital divide in India and prepares students, especially young girls, for a career and life. Targeting secondary students in grades 6 th to 9 th , the Program primarily trains students and educators in basic computer literacy, and S.T.E.M. based pedagogical methodologies that together bring creativity, diversity, and real-life examples into the school curriculum through the use of technology.

Digital Literacy programme in collaboration with CSC Academy funded by Capgemini

AADHAAR in collaboration with Capgemini and with support from implementing partner – CSC Academy, has completed first phase of digital and financial literacy project covering 140400+ beneficiaries. Project was completed on July 31,2023.

Next phase of the project has started from December 2023 with a target of 150000 beneficiaries. Project will be implemented for three years, expecting an annual reach to 50000 beneficiaries.

AADHAAR has partnered with organizations PAN India to expand its outreach to those who are in need of digital skills and who will be able to benefit from the project in terms of using online applications, browsing for Govt. schemes, filing online forms, etc. Project has also emphasized on extending digital literacy skills to field workers in health department (ASHA, ANMs).

Digital Academy

This program has been designed to deliver employment-linked Advanced IT Skill Training to 4500 youth in 3 years across Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai. Out of these 4500 youth, 1800 youth will be trained through Amazon’s AWS Re-Start Program, thus ensuring that the participants are trained on the most up-to-date AWS related skills. The overall vision is to empower vulnerable groups who are socially disadvantaged, stigmatized and marginalized, through this digital skilling intervention and provide them with subsequent employment; thereby fostering inclusion and promoting equal opportunities and livelihood.

Project Completion Reports

“Transforming Classrooms into Digital Dreams: Empowering Futures, One Click at a Time.” In FY 2023-24, AADHAAR in partnership with IFCCI, has launched Digital Paathshaala project at Junior High School, Garhi Shahdra, Gautambudh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. This innovative project has transformed a traditional classroom into a vibrant digital learning environment, where, 288 students have accessibility to much needed digital resources – 8 sleek computers, a high-resolution projector, a precision scanner, and a versatile printer stand ready to turn every lesson into an interactive adventure. This marks a significant advancement in our mission to integrate technology and creativity into education.
“STEAM Education for Gender Equality” Recognizing the critical need to broaden this impact, AADHAAR has now expanded its STEAM Education initiative to the Upper Primary School, Chhaprauli, Gautambudh Nagar in Noida, with support from IFCCI and SELCO. This addition reflects our continued commitment to empowering students, particularly girls, with the skills and tools necessary to excel in a technology-driven world. By expanding our reach, we aim to further equip these young learners with innovative skills and foster an environment where they can turn their ideas into reality, ensuring that STEAM education remains a fundamental part of their educational journey.
