Hans Lal has attained his Masters in Social Science and have been working with various civil society organizations since 2016. Starting his career as a Livelihood Facilitator in one of the Business Cooperatives in Tehri Garhwal, Hanslal has developed his understanding and skills on Cooperative Management, operations and production. After working with 4 Business Cooperatives as Project Coordinator, Hanslal joined AADHAAR in February 2024 managing field operations of springshed development projects in Mulya and Mahar.
