Harishankar Nautiyal is regional Programme Manager, responsible for projects being implemented in Tehri Gharwal. Having Masters in Agronomy, Harishankar is well experienced working with the mountain communities on the aspects of Livelihoods, Village Collectives, Enterprise Development, Agriculture Extension and Community Mobilization.

Harishankar currently manages NABARD supported springshed based watershed development projects in Mulya and Mahar springsheds comprising of 9 Panchayats/20 villages.
