Neha has been associated with the development sector since early 2002. She has primarily been involved in civil society strengthening programmes, Gender, Women and Health and Governance In India with SAMARTHAN Bhopal, VANI, New Delhi and the national social watch coalition before joining PRIA as manager on gender and governance programme in 2009. She also worked as State Manager PACS-U.P. Currently state coordinator of PLAN in Uttar Pradesh

During her stay in the U.S, she worked with International Republican Institute (IRI), Washington DC, where she primarily worked on Democracy and Good Governance programmes for North Korea, China and Myanmar. Her core competencies in research, documentation, monitoring and evaluation.

 She holds master degrees in Psychology from Aligarh University and Public administration from east-west centre, Hawai, USA.
