With nearly four years of experience, Shanya has worked on rural development and donor-funded projects focused on strengthening rural communities. She has led multiple projects, managed field operations, and collaborated with government and CSR partners to ensure effective on-ground implementation. Her experience spans project planning, budgeting, reporting, and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), with a consistent focus on structured execution, stakeholder coordination, and accountability.

She holds a PGDM in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
