On April 17th, 2025, the Capgemini Center of Excellence in Skilling at NSEZ, Noida, had the honor of welcoming six distinguished IAS officers (Batch of 2023) for an immersive visit to the state-of-the-art STE(A)M Lab.
The purpose of the visit was to provide a firsthand look at the impactful work being carried out in the areas of youth skilling and innovation. As part of the experience, the officers engaged with students and mentors, gaining insights into the transformative power of hands-on learning.
A key highlight of the day was the project showcase by students from the Aadhaar Association. These young innovators presented their work—from robotics and automation to design-led solutions—with remarkable clarity, creativity, and confidence. Their demonstrations reflected not only technical acumen but also the importance of purpose-driven education.
Mentors from Aadhaar Association played a pivotal role throughout the session, standing beside their students, facilitating discussions, and embodying the dedication that powers every success story in the lab.
This interaction went beyond a traditional tour—it was a meaningful exchange of ideas between policymakers, educators, and future changemakers, reinforcing a shared commitment to nurturing talent and building a future shaped by innovation, inclusion, and curiosity.
At AADHAAR, we believe in the power of experiential learning to inspire the next generation. Through initiatives like this, we continue to invest in creating spaces where young minds can explore, innovate, and thrive
