On 19th August, AADHAAR had the honor of engaging with a distinguished delegation comprising Ms. Lucie Tauriens, Global Head of Digital Inclusion at Capgemini; Ms. Gerda Slagter, SAP Head of CSR Regions; Mr. Anurag Pratap, Vice President – Digital Inclusion and Sustainability Leader, Capgemini; and Ms. Sagarika Bose, Head CSR – India, SAP.
They were accompanied by an enthusiastic Capgemini team — Ms. Dhanashree Page, Ms. Rimmy Taneja, Ms. Surbhi Rattan, and Ms. Monica Datta.
During the visit, AADHAAR mentors showcased student-led innovations at the STE(A)M Lab, demonstrating how hands-on STE(A)M learning is inspiring creativity, problem-solving, and leadership among students from government schools. The delegation also visited AADHAAR’s Digital Literacy Center, where they got a glimpse of the work being done to build foundational digital skills in underserved communities.
Later in the day, we were privileged to engage in a more in-depth interaction with Lucie Tauriens, Global Head of Digital Inclusion at Capgemini,
What started as a round of introductions soon evolved into a rich exchange of stories, insights, and shared aspirations. As the AADHAAR team spoke about their grassroots efforts — enabling students in government schools to think critically, create fearlessly, and lead confidently through hands-on STE(A)M learning — Lucie listened with intent and warmth.
She also shared Capgemini’s global mission to foster inclusive and sustainable futures, a vision that deeply resonates with the heart of our work.
Lucie’s thoughtful engagement reminded us that impact is not just created through programs, but through people, shared purpose, and meaningful partnerships.
Thank you, Ms. Lucie and Ms. Gerda for your warmth, insight, and encouragement. We are excited to continue this journey together — working to ensure every child has the opportunity to learn, lead, and thrive.
