Neha has been associated with the development sector since early 2002. She has primarily been involved in civil society strengthening programmes, Gender, Women and Health and Governance In India with SAMARTHAN Bhopal, VANI, New Delhi and the national social watch coalition before joining PRIA as manager on gender and governance programme in 2009. She also worked as State Manager PACS-U.P. Currently state coordinator of PLAN in Uttar Pradesh
During her stay in the U.S, she worked with International Republican Institute (IRI), Washington DC, where she primarily worked on Democracy and Good Governance programmes for North Korea, China and Myanmar. Her core competencies in research, documentation, monitoring and evaluation.
She holds master degrees in Psychology from Aligarh University and Public administration from east-west centre, Hawai, USA.
Dr. Rajesh Sinha
Dr. Rajesh Kumar Sinha is currently working as Assistant Professor with the National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Hyderabad. He has earlier worked with United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Ministry of Panchayati Raj, Society for Participatory Research in Asia (PRIA), India Development and Relief Fund (IDRF) and Sewa International. Dr. Sinha has expertise in project planning, monitoring and implementation on Rural Employment, Panchayati Raj and Social Accountability. He has contributed several books and journals on rural development and Panchayati Raj.

Kamleshwar has about 22 years of work experience in the development sector, ranging from grassroots to senior management. He has worked on diverse themes such as Environment, Joint Forest Management, Watershed Development, livelihood, citizen participation and Democratic Local Governance (Rural and Urban) besides others. His job responsibilities gave him opportunities to work in many states across the country namely Himachal Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Haryana, MP, Bihar, Orissa U.P and Uttarakhand.
He has worked extensively in the area of policy advocacy on issues like RTI, NREGA, SSA, Devolution, Rural Election reforms, Social Exclusion focusing tribal, Dalits and women, Solid Waste Management and Urban Planning.
Kamleshwar is a post-graduate in Rural Development from XISS and also having Masters in Sociology.
Vivek Sharma has over 19 years of experience majority in Mountain State of Himachal Pradesh. He is Post Graduate in Rural Management from IRMA, and MA in Mass Communication. He has played pioneer role in Developing the Pine Needle Weaving Craft in Region benefitting over 1000 women. His areas of interest are Handicraft based Livelihoods in Mountain regions, Designing Innovative interventions. Vivek is also the Guest Faculty at the National Institute of Fashion Technology Kangra and an active member of INTACH Kangra. He has also undertaken consultancies in Community Based Tourism, Training Material Development, Micro planning, Water and Sanitation.

Sharmishtha Choudhury has worked for 22 years with leading regional and state units of various NGOs, Multi-laterally and bi-laterally funded projects and international NGOs. She has sectoral experience of conceptualizing and implementing development programs with special focus on community mobilization, promotion of rights of marginalized children, promotion of quality pre-primary and primary education, program to promote child-centric pedagogy and socially inclusive education.
She has worked with New Education Group’s- Foundation for Innovation and Research in Education, TESS-India’s teacher education project, Terre des Hommes, Germany, International Fund for Agricultural Development and World Bank supported Swa-Shakti Project of Government of India and Integrated Development Foundation. She is a post-graduate in Rural Development from XISS.

Sujana Krishnamoorthy is currently Director at Under The Mango Tree (UTMT), a Mumbai based NGO that seeks to diversify livelihoods and improve incomes for India’s small and marginal farmers. As part of the core team that runs UTMT, she is responsible for building relationships with partners like BAIF, BASIX, AKRSP (I), donors as well as programme implementation in Gujarat and Maharashtra. Prior to this, Sujana was State in Charge for Himachal Pradesh at PRIA. She also has extensive research experience and publications on labor issues. She has also been a consultant to CRY. A co-authored article on market access for smallholders in Karnataka, published in a book in an international development journal. Sujana has an M.Phil in Economics of Education from JNU, New Delhi and a Masters in Economics from Gokhale Institute in Pune.

India Country Director for the AADHAAR - Simplon program
Kashmira Shah, joins us as India Country Director for the AADHAAR – Simplon program. This program seeks to ensure access to work, for youth facing the risk of exclusion, who are NEET (not in education, employment or training), or people struggling with long term unemployment into highly demanded members of the IT industry.
Kashmira brings with her 20 years of experience from the technology, consulting and social impact sector. She has built technology platforms at some of the top 100 financial services firms such as Merrill Lynch, Nomura and has set up industry leading technology for social good programs at JP Morgan before she joined AADHAAR. As part of her role, Kashmira will set up a program office at Mumbai and build a team that will help with our ambitious vision for this project.

Kanika is Programme Coordinator with Aadhaar and based in Noida. She recently joined ever-growing team of young social development professionals in Aadhaar. Previously she works with Micro-finance Company as HR and legal consultant for more than a year.
Kanika is an academically qualified and trained lawyer with a specialization in corporate, civil and financial laws. She did her law degree from the prestigious Indian Law Society’s (ILS) School of Law in Pune and work as Associate Lawyer in the office of Additional Advocate-General, Government of Bihar for over 5 years. She also has experience of over another two years working with legal firms as well.
